Shipping Policy

1. Processing time:

We process all orders within a maximum of 12 business hours after receiving payment. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays can be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping time:

Shipping time will depend on the delivery area and the shipping method chosen. Below are approximate shipping times:

• National: 1 to 3 business days
• International: 4 to 10 business days

3. Cost of shipping:

Free Shipping for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

For areas other than those indicated, the shipping cost will depend on the delivery area, the weight and the shipping method chosen. The cost will be shown at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Tracking:

We will provide a tracking number for each shipment made. The user will be able to track their order online through the transport company's website.

5. Shipping Address:

User must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments to incomplete, incorrect or incomplete addresses.
